Our first destination is Hokkaido, the northern island known for its rich food culture and bold flavors.
This special promotion features the long-awaited LambShabu-Shabu, bringing a beloved Hokkaido-style ingredient to our hot pot experience.
Tender, aromatic lamb pairs perfectly with our rich MisoButter Broth, enhanced with melted butter for a deep, savory flavor.
We are also offering a special Kelp Broth made with Hokkaido kelp, providing a clean and aromatic taste.
Enjoy your shabu-shabu with ponzu or our signature miso dipping sauce for an authentic flavor experience.
